Opposite to our walks & hikes, during a trekking-tour you walk/trek for a certain number of days (usually 5 to 14), often away from roads and accompanied by a trekking-team. Our lower-altitude treks take you to remote, hilly, mountainous areas that are often sparsely populated and covered with a combination of cultivated fields, various types of forests and meadows and providing gorgeous panoramic views onto the hilly surroundings or snow-capped mountain worlds in a distance. Enjoy various types of vegetations – from the tropical to the sub-alpine on these walks. They often take place within National Parks or sanctuaries and require special permits that we organize for you.

Each trek is unique and cannot be easily classified as not only altitudes but also type of terrain, temperatures and topography determine the grade of a trek. Depending on your previous experience, your physical condition and your preferences we can help you choose the ideal trek for you. When advising you we take into considering desired daily hours of trekking, type of accommodation, altitude at overnight-sites for ideal adjustment to higher altitudes, type of trails/surface, permit-procedure and season.
