Once your journey is finalized and approved we send you our registration-form along with local permit-forms if needed. Upon reception of filled-out and signed registration-forms we send you our bill and tour-confirmation. As soon as 50 % advance of the bill-amount is received, your journey is confirmed.
If you are a foreign National and depending on the type of journey booked, we may require your passport- and visa-copy along with passport-photos before your journey begins.
